What is it about?
For the AirManager project, we worked with Airbus to redesign a serious game that puts users in the shoes of airline executives.
The goal? Help teams navigate critical business decisions while tracking their impact on market share and performance in real time. Players dive into a cloud-based, interactive experience where they manage fares, flight frequencies, marketing investments, and fleet strategy. Each choice has immediate consequences, creating a dynamic, competitive learning environment.
We crafted a polished, corporate look that balances clarity and sophistication, using clean data visualizations and intuitive flows to keep users engaged and focused on strategic thinking. Ready to lead your airline to the top?


Conception & Wireframes
To kick off the AirManager redesign, we led a series of co-creation workshops with Airbus, aligning on the core features and user flows essential to the new platform. Together, we mapped out key functionalities and prioritized them into a production roadmap, ensuring each step was strategically planned.
From there, we developed high-fidelity wireframes and interactive prototypes to visualize the new user journeys and test the functionality in a realistic context. This approach allowed us to refine the design, optimize user flows, and validate key interactions before moving into full production.








UI Design
We started the UI phase by creating moodboards that explored visual directions based on Airbus Beyond’s brand identity.
Through collaborative workshops with the client, we developed two distinct design concepts, each emphasizing clarity, contrast, and accessibility. Then we picked the best one.
The goal was to craft a visually compelling interface that stayed true to Airbus’ branding while adding a fresh, creative touch.
